Amerhart Limited is excited to announce that is has acquired Wind Mill Slatwall Products based in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. Wind Mill manufactures slatwall, custom retail display products, fixtures, and wood component parts.
Amerhart President and CEO Mark Kasper states, "We know Wind Mill very well and were always impressed with their capabilities, leadership and team-oriented culture, which is very similar to ours." Amerhart has been a supplier to Wind Mill for the past 15 years and with this new ownership, Kasper said, "We can now make many of the products we distribute that our customers have been asking for. Wind Mill is a great turn-key operation that brings us the ability to manufacture on day one."
Wind Mill will continue its operations in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin and the current ownership and management team will be retained. Jay Hogfeldt has been President and CEO of Wind Mill since 1980. Mark Radtke will serve as the General Manager of the Wind Mill Division and Vice President of Industrial Manufacturing for Amerhart.

Wind Mill will also continue to serve its current retail industry customer base, as well as the garage and home organization markets and will add additional products into the manufacturing schedule for Amerhart, including panels with high pressure laminate, stair treads and shelving.
