Administrative Assistant (Part Time)

Location: Sun Prairie, WI             

Department:  Operations

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate contact in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors to our facility in a hospitable manner to ensure their needs are met.
  • Support the sales team with coordination, organization, and shipping of product samples and informational material.
  • Monitor and assist with inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System.
  • Manage the billing process in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate shipping process for daily orders with various carriers.
  • Assume general responsibility for the neatness and cleanliness of our work area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to pleasantly, politely and professionally communicate with people who walk in or call on the telephone.
  • Demonstrated tendency toward establishing and maintaining high standards for appearance and use of the English language.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated high level of skill, speed and accuracy in using computer systems and other office equipment as necessary.
  • Working knowledge and techniques associated with organizing and setting priorities.
