This high pressure laminate (HPL) lay-up panel by Wind Mill, a division of Amerhart, is composed of Formica HPL on the face with a particleboard core and a Basic White Cabinet Liner (C9) backer.

The Natural Oak (346) HPL surface features Formica's Matte (58) finish, which imparts a warm, pleasing effect that enhances the beauty of color and produces a greater clarity and depth.

The Basic White Cabinet Liner Grade (C9) backer, also in Matte Finish, is a non-decorative surface suitable for light-duty interior use. As a liner, it helps with balancing and moisture control of laminate panels.
