Roseburg’s DuraGard Premium MDO is made with a high-quality paper saturated with phenolic resin solids and overlaid on exterior-grade plywood panels. Specially selected veneers beneath the overlay provide smooth surfaces for painting.

A grade C or better western softwood veneer core and hardwood veneer face & overlay are covered with smooth resin impregnated cellulose fiber overlay. Manufactured with waterproof resins, this MDO is strong and rigid.

DuraGard Premium plywood lends itself to all kinds of residential and commercial construction applications, both interior and exterior.

DuraGard Premium MDO should always be painted when exposed to weather or humid conditions. It is recommended that a primer coat produced by the same manufacturer as the finish coat is applied and follow the manufacturer’s specific application recommendations. Panels must be dry when applying the finish.

Panels intended for exterior exposure should be edge sealed with two heavy coats of topquality exterior paint formulated for wood. Edges are most easily sealed when panels are in a stack. Rose-burg offers factory priming on one side, two sides, and edge.
