Log cabin siding simulates the appearance of actual logs, creating the look of a log cabin with less maintenance. It is ideally suited to informal buildings in rustic settings.

This siding is made of #2 and better select appearance grade spruce, pine and fir that has been kiln dried for stability. The profile is 1-1/2" thick at its thickest point.

Installation allows for 1/2" overlap, including an approximate 1/8" gap. Do not nail through overlapping pieces.

Use (2) siding or box nails, 3-4" apart, per bearing to face nail.
