The Formica® Laminate collection provides a solution for most applications, including doors, contract furniture and wall paneling. This Formica Black 909 Fire-Rated Laminate is available in grade 32, Matte finish.

Grade 32 is a Fire-Rated Vertical Grade (VGF) intended for use in horizontal and vertical interior applications. It is slightly thinner than Grade 50 and meets most military and marine specifications.

Formica® Brand Fire-Rated Laminate grades are suited for interior surfaces where design, appearance, quality, durability, resistance to stain, resistance to heat from ordinary sources, and low flame spread and smoke development ratings are required. These grades are classified by Underwriters’ Laboratories®, Inc., and carry labels specifying fire ratings in accordance with data developed by the UL723/ASTM E-84 Steiner tunnel test method.

The Matte finish imparts a warm, pleasing effect that enhances the beauty of color and produces a greater clarity and depth.
